Today’s OOTD was inspired by the giveaway I currently have running on the blog. (You have to enter, because these custom made growers by Love Made Me are gorgeous!) I had this outfit custom made for Ammaarah as a surprise … Continue reading
Yay for a sunny Sunday! Any little bit of sunshine during the winter time is always much appreciated. Everyone is feeling a little bit under the weather, so I hope you all are taking advantage of this vitamin D overload … Continue reading
It’s raining, it’s pouring, the old man is…
Today my girlfriends and I are spending the day together, with our kiddies, in doors, on this cold and rainy Sunday. It is the first wet weekend of this years cold season, and mind you, it isn’t even winter yet!
I’m beginning to get the urge to dress her in many layers already. But it isn’t that cold yet, what am I going to do when it becomes really cold?
I am also struggling to find warm clothes for her in stores. I would have thought the winter ranges would have been launched already. Any ideas of where to find nice warm clothing for winter?
Today’s look is all about being warm, snug and most of all comfortable!
Pink knitted cap – Cotton On Kids
Red star printed vest – Pick n Pay Clothing
Grey track pants – Woolworths baby (these are sold in a pack of two and are amazing. They are lined with fleece and are really comfy!)
Pink and grey striped socks – Pick n Pay Clothing (I am in love with their range of rattle socks! This one is called ‘Tiny Tatty Teddy’ and has stickey spots at the bottom for non slip moments)
Coral pacifier clip and tan pacifier clip used for Sophie Le Giraffe – Treatmesweetlie (order via Treatmesweetlie@gmail.com)
It was a busy weekend. We had nothing planned to do, except a wedding today (the bride looked amazingly beautiful by the way!), but we ended up doing so much. So I did not have time to prepare for this weeks Sunday OOTD post (it’s a little late today (sorry!))
Today’s look post was inspired by the wedding we attended. It was a tad difficult putting an outfit together, as it is not easy to find something fancy that is also warm. Ammaarah was sick last week and I needed to make sure she was dressed warm enough as I do not wish for her to get sick again.
I hope you like what I put together in this weeks Sunday OOTD!
Pink coat – Country Road Kids
Cream and grey lace dress – Woolworths Baby
Pink stockings – Pick n Pay Clothing (if you are ever in need of stockings, always try Pick n Pay Clothing first, I always find them there!)
Pink shoes – Ackermans (they always have the best shoe range for little babies!)
Light tan and pink pacifier clip – Treatmesweetlie (order via: email@example.com)

The cold mornings and wintery evenings are starting to settle in now. What I love most about winter is the cuddly warm clothing and blankets we wrap our little ones in. Not to mention the cute things they have available in stores. My favourite at the moment is the range of shoes available at Ackermans and Jet, I just cannot get enough of them.
I hope you enjoy this weeks baby look post!
Grey/blue polka dot beenie – Naartjie Kids (It’s not even winter yet, but the days are becoming colder and colder. Beenies are going to be a staple with our little ones this season!)
Vest with grey stripes – Earthchild Clothing
Pink fluffy waist coat – Ackermans Babies (how adorable is this waist coat?!)
Grey with gold polka dot leggings – Zara Kids
Pink corduroy high top shoes – Jet
Brown and red pacifier (dummy) clip – Treatmesweetlie (contact me to place your order)

As mentioned last week, I will be posting a different baby inspired Look Post every Sunday. What do you think about that? I’m quite excited about this, as I have always loved fashion. And now that I discovered my passion – motherhood, baby fashion is even more appealing to me!
What I love most about dressing a baby is that nothing really needs to match (well most certainly in most cases). Mix your colours and prints because they will undoubtably always look super cute and gorgeous!
I hope you enjoy Sunday OOTD #2!
(And if you didn’t know, OOTD = outfit of the day)

So here goes my first Sunday OOTD post! Let me know your thoughts 😊
